 Cultivating Joy: A Half-day Retreat for Women

A half-day retreat of creativity, reflection, and connection featuring garden-inspired charcoal drawing, mindfulness-based art exercises, a crystal bowl sound bath accompanied by free-range chickens, and a farm-to-table lunch. Participants leave with simple practices for cultivating joy, presence, and creativity in everyday life.

In partnership with Monmouth SPCA, participants will create one felted project to keep and one cat toy to donate to a shelter cat, exploring how creativity can cultivate joy while serving the needs of our community- it is sure to be a heart-felt experience!
